TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

It is essential for the smooth running of your project: management of technicians, planning of installations with the customer, resolution of technical problems, ensuring perfect coordination between technicians, the support department and customers.

My role will be to ensure perfect cohesion between all the departments for the smooth running of your project.

SUPPORT DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Manager of our "support" technicians. His main responsibility is to set up regular meetings with the client to ensure that the configuration of the platform meets their expectations. He is able to scale the platform according to the customer's needs.

PLATFORM SUPPORT TECHNICIANS

The technician in charge of the platform plays a vital role. He is responsible for the proper functioning and architecture of the platform, as well as the management of the terminals. It receives alerts in the event of a lack of emission and works closely with the customer to resolve these issues. It ensures that information is correctly reported and keeps monitoring tables up to date. It is also able to generate specific reports according to the customer's requests.

Working as a team is essential so that all information is taken into account effectively. We ensure that your requests are processed and followed up on a daily basis.

ACCOUNTANT

Responsible for several day-to-day tasks, including entering current accounting, bank management, filing and archiving accounting and administrative documents. It also acts as your intermediary when it comes to customer billing and payment collection.

As an essential cross-functional service, I will be happy to be your intermediary regarding accounting. Canopé will be at your disposal to find you the best solutions.
